BevMo - In-Store Pickup Just Another Scheme to Get You Through The Door
I ordered wines online for store pickup and received an email promising the availability and readiness of the products for in-store pickup. I arrive at the store two hours later and NONE of the wines I ordered were available. The store manager, Tim, gave no adequate explanation for the discrepancy and refused to make any accommodations for the inconvenience. In fact, he said his system had 3 of my requested bottles in inventory, but that he cannot sell them to me even though none of them were reserved.
Bevmo engages in false and unlawful advertisement at its finest... This is NOT the last time they will hear from me.

You're a huge ***.
Oh, my god! This is an EMPLOYEE FAIL, not BevMo!
Really? Have you worked with the program that is set up for BevMo's online ordering? Did you contact the district Manager? The store Manager???
HELLO! There are steps to follow when there is a disgruntled customer.
Instead of complaining here try to resolcve the issue instead of ASSUMING it is the store and not the single employee that was responsible for your order. YES, I worked there so I know the program that failed.
The customer service department at BevMo! is very helpful, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to contact the store for you and see if there's anything they can do to resolve your issue.
I've contacted them about multiple issues regarding store policy, my ClubBev! account, and personnel issues, and they've always ended up helping me out.
Sounds like you work at Bevmo. How cute you are defending your minimum wage job.
