Bought a gift card for delivery.They never delivered it and three weeks later after multiple emails and unanswered calls to their customer service dept.
I still do not have the figt card. They do not call back or answer during their customer service business hours. Then emailed me saying they had mailed it but there is no trading number and that they emailed me once but it came back undelivered.
Really?Those excuses are poor.
